I am stunned at the effort and hard work that Alison put in to getting my order out to me in time for Christmas. The order was hugely delayed, due to Royal Mail not getting the first lot of pony hair to her in time, but Alison allowed me to send a second lot and got the order turned around in no time. Braided Heart Horse Shoe Using Own Shoe and Own Hair - Alison was fantastic throughout the entire process. I was very nervous, as I was sending my beloved horses tail hair and one of his last shoe's in the post to her. When you have just lost your horse it is very difficult to allow yourself to be parted from what is left of them. Alison messaged me as soon as my parcel arrived with her and settled my mind immediately. 3 weeks later, I received a parcel back from Alison containing my beautiful Heart Horse Shoe and the excess tail hair. My husband has ordered me the horsehair inlaid ring for Christmas, my mare is 31 years old so I wanted something to celebrate her life, whilst she is still in my life. The ring arrived quickly and is absolutely gorgeous, just as expected. I used tail end jewellery 20 years ago when I sadly lost a pony to grass sickness, and to this day the necklace I had made still holds lovely memories.
