Very good experience, we had a tricky pour which need to be routed up a large steep hill and then on top of a roof. Another company refused the job. The roof was angled as well, but they were able to pump it up quite dry which helped with forming the shape and the guys even got stuck in and helped spreading as we were shorted handed. Didn't feel rushed as I have been in the past. did a good job on clean up wouldn't have know they were there.

From start to finish Cempump has been a joy to work with. We needed an overlay of levelling compound over our underfloorhearing system. Dylan and the team were amazing, polite, friendly and well just lovely. The team in the office were just as nice! Dylan even contact our UFH people to ensure what he was doing was to their requirements. They came out the day before to prep and prime and then on the day to provide a 10mm levelling screed to the whole of our ground floor. Fantastic service from the initial enquiry to completion of the job. Chris was very knowledgeable about the products available and offered great advice to help me decide what I needed. Survey and estimate were completed with no problems or surprises. Initial screed pour was postponed due to cold weather and advice offered by Chris. Rescheduled as soon as possible and the team turned up on the dot and prepared for the pour. Excellent clean job and the team left no mess at all. Pumped Concrete For A Summerhouse Base The guys were on site at the time given. The team were polite, friendly, professional and had a sense of humour which put me at ease as I am a humble DIY’er and a novice in the area of pumped concrete.
